Valet Parking


Job Description:

Valet Attendant Duties/Responsibilities The position of Valet Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests to the establishment, opening and closing their car door(s), providing excellent customer service, and efficiently and carefully parking guest(s) vehicles in designated locations. Our Valet’s are the first and last point of contact for guest(s) of the establishment, thus the impression we make on them is extremely important as we are an extension of the establishment. Excellent customer service, driving, and communication skills are a MUST.


Job Requirements:

Must be a current citizen of the USA or posses a valid work permit

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle

Must have reliable transportation for to and from work

Must have a working e-mail address and access to the internet

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, run, kneel, bend over, use hands, etc.

Must be available to work at least 1 shift per week – more is preferred

Must be able to work independently as well as with a team environment

Must have excellent communication skills and an outgoing person

Must be able to run fast without any problems


Technical Skills:

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history

May not have more than 1 minor incident (speeding ticket) within the last 3 years and no major incidents
(DWI) within the last 5 years – NO EXCEPTIONS

Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Must be able to perform basic mathematical equations

Must be detail-oriented and a hard worker


Compensation:

Hourly plus tips
